At last my newborn baby Daniel is now a legitimate Filipino Citizen although I have to wait 2 hours at our Embassy in Riyadh . Still it is ok because I have already the passport. and compared to Manila DFA in which you have to wait after 24 hours as a rush Passport.
The hardest thing I believed in obtaining this is to get the Birth Certificate in Nasriah, Riyadh ( Releasing of Arabic Temporary Birth Certificate ).
The Translation was done in just One day and the Picture was made after an Hour.
