DeQuervain's syndrome

Yesterday I wento the Hospital to make some check with my wrist because of the pain I am feeling. and I was diagnosed with DeQuervain's syndrome . The doctor gives me a Wrist Splint which helps me alot so not to move my thumb. To all of you out there who is using your keyboard always I would suggets to rest each hour and relax your hands. This syndrome happend to me after using my fingers for almost 48 hours with very little rest because of finalization of one of our project. This must serve a lesson for evrybody using the computer.
