Family Status Steps

STEPS FOR PREPARING DOCUMENTS FOR FAMILY STATUS

 

1)       Request Letter for Family Status to the company for approval 

a)       The following should be clearly stated in the Letter

i)         Ticket to be shouldered by the Company as per your Contract dates

ii)       Medicine and Hospitalization should be included as per company policy

 

2)       If approved, then advice to process the following in Philippines

a)       BS Engineering - Diploma Authenticated by the Following :          

i)         Diploma from School

ii)       DECS

iii)      Malacanang

iv)      DFA

v)        Saudi Embassy

 

b)       Marriage Certificate Authenticated by the Following :        

i)         NSO

ii)       Malacanang

iii)      DFA

iv)      Saudi Embassy

 

c)       Birth Certificate  ( not needed but can be processed the same time should it will be needed in the future )

i)         NSO

ii)       Malacanang

iii)      DFA

iv)      Saudi Embassy

d)       Passport of the Family  

e)       NBI Clearance of Wife   

 

3)       Send all Documents at Saudi Arabia after completion

 

4)       Send Authenticated Documents for Arabic Translation

 

5)       Submit Documents to Administration for Review.       

 

6)       Pay SAR 2,000 in Bank as per advise of the Administration

 

7)       After Approval Send the documents from Administration to Philippines for Processing in Agency ( As per your Choice in Philippines )

 

8)       Prepare Travel Documents in Philippines       

a)       Prepare PTA - Ticket here in Saudi Arabia           

b)       Medical Certificate @ Philippines for family ( usually valid only for 3 months )

c)       Submit all documents to Agency for processing.  

 

9)       If you need your family to be a visitor only in Saudi Arabia make sure that when they come back to Philippines your Iqama is still valid. I would suggest applying for 2 years validity of Your Iqama. The company will only give Return Ticket when you are due vacation.

 

10)   If you want your wife not to pay travel tax in Philippines @ PHP 3,000.00 each

a)       Go to DFA ( United Nation / Kalaw ) and show your latest OEC ( Overseas Employment Certificate ) for Travel Tax exemption

b)       They will pay only PHP 300 each dependent

c)       Show to the airport when they are about to leave the Country.

God's Provision

When God offer his Help to you it is always on time never late, never advance. That is how God works in our life. I have seen that, When God meets our financial need just yesterday. And now all is set for my wife to her delivery which is set this week or by next week.that is according to her Doctor when we went to the clinic last Thursday.  

 

The Doctor told us that Baby Daniel will be arriving soon. I and my whole family is praying that everything will be ok. Praise Jesus in our Life.

3 DAY Long Test

Micaella and Kyle have jsut Finished a 3 day long Test as part of the Ministry of Education here in the Kingdom's requirement. Every School in the Kingdom is required to give it's student a long test. I do not why. But anyway it's been finished.

Google Earth

Do you want to see your house in Philippines or any part of the World well for me, I can I am using the free version of Google Earth . This is very helpful specially when you are working on such a project like Railway or Cross Country Pipeline. It will give you idea of the location along the route.

 

Sometime you don't have to go on the actual site you just have to know the coordinates of the location. It is updated by parts so don't be amazed that even if you change the color of your roof the old color is still shown.

Praise God

Praise God Kyle is now ok. Mica and Kyle will be having their Long Test Tommorow. I thank God for having this Children.

 

Yesterday we got the result of the Laboratory testing for Michelle and Praise God again that all test comes negative that means the baby is healthy and we can just wait for the proper time for Baby Daniel to come out in this world.  Probably End of September till First Week of October.

 

 

Kyle is sick

This morning I and Kyle just went to Obeid Hospital for Kyle Dexter's Check Up. It is already two days that He is having a fever. It is good to know that His Doctor told me that everything will be ok and we where asked to go back for follow up check up after 4  days. He is not attending his class for 3 days already. I hope and pray that by Next week He could be able to take those exams he missed.

Mica and Kyle Achievement

Last Thursday my whole family went to school to collect the grades for first quarter. The first thing that caught my attention when i enter the gate was the set of Honor roll. I was surprised that when i see the nursery result Kyle is in the 4th place. As a Father I am really proud of my son then I turn to the result of grade 1 and it was a surprise that Mica made it on top 1. Just a background Micaella jump from Kinder to Grade 1 that is why i already prepared myself for the outcome of the honor roll once more God had proven what he says on the Bible just follow Him and He will give the desire of you hearth. Once again I thank God for this wonderful blessing that He have given me and my family.
